"We, the undersigned, believe that unfiltered and uncensored access to the Internet is a fundamental human right in our digital age and that a free and unfiltered Internet is essential to the protection of other fundamental rights including, but not limited to, free speech and freedom of the press. We call upon all governments to defend their citizens' right to a free Internet and to entrench this right in law."
